  • RentItMy is a rental listing and connection platform that allows users to list, browse, and connect for rental of items, properties, spaces, or services.
  • We do not handle or process payments between users. All financial transactions are done directly between the renter (owner) and rentee (borrower).
  • RentItMy is not responsible for disputes, damages, losses, or non-fulfillment of any agreement made between users.
  1. User Responsibilities
  • Users must provide accurate and truthful information when listing or requesting items/services.
  • Users are responsible for agreeing on rental terms, payment method, deposit (if any), and duration directly with each other.
  • Users must ensure the item/service is safe, legal, and functional before renting it out.
  • The rentee is responsible for taking care of the rented item and returning it in agreed condition.
  1. Prohibited Items & Activities

The following are not allowed to be listed or rented on RentItMy:

  • Illegal or stolen goods
  • Hazardous or unsafe materials
  • Weapons, explosives, or restricted government items
  • Counterfeit products or pirated content
  • Services that are unlawful or harmful

RentItMy reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules.

  1. Disclaimers & Limitations
  • RentItMy is not liable for any financial losses, fraud, damage, theft, or injury resulting from transactions between users.
  • Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.
  • RentItMy does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes regarding rentals, payments, deposits, or damages must be resolved directly between the renter and rentee.
  • RentItMy may assist by providing communication records if available, but we are not an arbitrator or mediator.
  1. Account Use & Termination
  • RentItMy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found engaging in fraud, misuse, or illegal activities.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
  1. Privacy
  • We respect your privacy. Personal data is collected only to provide platform functionality and will not be sold to third parties.
  • Users are advised not to share sensitive payment or personal details through the platform’s public channels.
