Why use RENT IT?

Its a centralized platform applicable throughtout all Malaysia with personalized item by the user.
You can be a rentee and a renter, all up to you!

What item can be posted in this platform?

Any available item within your possession can be rented here.
Just post your item.

How to rent item?

1. Click on the item you would like to rent
2. Suggested to chat with seller to confirm on the item availability and date
3. Place your order with seller to confirm on the booking

How to chat with renter and how does the renter reply?

There is a button " Ask a Question" at each of the product posted.This will linked you directly to chat with seller.

As for seller, notification will be triggered by your registered email and also triggered in your store manager page

How to proceed payment?

1. As of current moment, we does not have the payment platform on the website
2. Payment are done by renter/rentee discussion either cash-on-delivery or bank transfer
3. Please ensure that you have confirmed on the the renter/rentee details and authentication before proceed for renting/payment.
4. Rent It team will not be liable on any discrepancies between renter/rentee, as such, please do ensure you have a proof of the transaction as well any agreement needed.

3. Ensure the address is filled correctly to indicate your location and for user to locate you as nearby options.
